Tap the plus sign to create a new Idea. Then, name it and select the category.

Step 2: Get Feedback

Hold the Alpaca button to get feedback and turn on Nudges.

In Action

You will receive nudges that discuss your Idea, making the most out of your transitions!

You can turn off Nudges in the settings if you need a break.
