Hyperfocus is a gift and curse for people with AuDHD. It allows for super-productivity with deep work, but lets you easily push past your limits.
You will eventually learn that the only way to reach your potential consistently and avoid burnout is to limit your hyperfocus.
Limiting Hyperfocus with SUPERHERO



Step 1: New Focus
Tap the plus sign to create a new Focus. Then, name it and select the category.
Step 2: Work Style
Choose a reasonable Attention Span keeping quality and your safety in mind.
Step 3: Add Mantras
Include a consequence with your essential reminders for emotional impact.
In Action
When you start Recital, you'll be presented with your Mantras to read aloud or type to acknowledge (don't worry, you don't need to be perfect). When you're finished, the timer starts and the cycle repeats.
