How AuDHDers can Follow Through on Tasks

As a natural visionary, you get inspired frequently. However, without urgency and external accountability, there's little reason to initiate and follow through on uninteresting tasks.

Alpaca will prompt you, offer effectiveness and safety advice, and follow up until you've completed your task. Sidekick provides gentle urgency without triggering demand avoidance.

Step 1: Sign In

Tap the Sidekick tab and Sign in with Apple. You will be asked to allow notifications and Motion Activity for Nudges.

Step 2: "What's important to do?"

Tell Alpaca what you're planning to do next (you can also ask questions!).

Step 3: Community

You're invited to participate in our Discord community for extra support.

In Action

Alpaca will send you nudges at regular intervals to keep you engaged without creating distraction. If you need more time, say so and Alpaca will follow up later.
