AuDHD and Staying Consistent with Habits

Many factors make discipline with AuDHD challenging. The novelty or benefits waning, demand avoidance, and just plain forgetting can cause you to stumble building habits.

Your best hope is to adjust expectations for yourself readily and never give up. A systematic approach brings consistency and continuity to your life.

Tracking Habits with SUPERHERO

Step 1: New Habit

Tap the plus sign to create a new Habit. Then, describe your Activity and select the category.

Step 2: Set Frequency

Select how often you expect to practice the Habit. Be realistic (you can always change it later).

Step 3: Get Praise

When you've tried your new Habit, hold the Alpaca button to get praise and turn on Nudges.

In Action

You will receive a Postcard and nudges to do your Habit if you forget. Don't sweat it —it's not a competition!

You can turn off Nudges in the settings if you need a break.
